COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Board of Commissioners reappointed Democrat Bing Johnson and Republican Billie Pollack to four year terms on the County Board of Canvassers Tuesday.
Each political party submits a list of three candidates every two years to be considered for the Board of Canvassers, and the selections by the commissioners are done by paper ballot.

The other Republican candidates submitted were Dee Ann Pann and Chancelir Murdock while the other Democratic candidates were Andre Schirk and Anita Hoyt.
The four member Board of Canvassers consist of two Republicans and two Democrats. Republican Pat Sampsel and Democrat Vicki Hargrove also serve on the Board. Their terms will go through 2021.
