COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – With a post season playoff berth now secured, the Coldwater Cardinals will be trying to claim second place in the Interstate 8 Conference Friday night as they’ll host the Harper Creek Beavers at Cardinal Field.
The Cardinals are 5-1 in the Interstate 8 Conference and 6-1 overall. Harper Creek is 2-4 in the I-8 and 3-4 overall.
Coldwater has become the Cardiac Cardinals during the last couple of weeks thanks to back-to-back one point victories over Marshall and Parma Western. They have won four straight following a week three loss to Jackson Lumen Christi.
Game time is 7:30 p.m. as it’s the second game of a doubleheader with the J.V. game starting at 4:30 p.m.. Coverage on AM 1590 and FM 95.5 WTVB begins at 7:00 p.m..
