COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities has announced the hiring of Jim Odneal to the position of Engineering Manager.
According to a press release issued by the city, Odneal has 30 years of experience in electrical design, specializing in power generation, transmission and distribution.
The Toledo native will join the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities Executive Management Team and will be responsible for overseeing project development and implementation for CBPU, as well as providing counsel to the Engineering Department and related staff.
Odneal has acted as the Senior Power Designer for the SSOE Engineering Consulting firm for the last 11 years.
He led design efforts and construction observation for all power-related projects, including the construction of a number of electrical substations.
