COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – An education and outreach session put on by the State of Michigan’s Marijuana Regulatory Agency will be held Tuesday morning at the Henry L. Brown Municipal Building in Coldwater starting at 11:00 a.m.
The sessions are designed to promote and encourage participation in the licensed marijuana market.
The sessions will cover the social equity program, and the application and licensure process.
By taking part in the program, qualifying applicants can get a reduction of up to 60% off the application fee, the initial license fee, and future renewal fees.
The MRA will begin taking applications after November 1, 2019.
Another session is scheduled to take place at the Albion District Library Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m..
