BATAVIA TYOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – If it was a pre-Halloween prank, it was not very funny. A number of vehicles around Branch County had their windows damaged by vandals almost two weeks ago.
The Michigan State Police are investigating the malicious destruction of property incidents which they say took place during the late evening hours of October 18 and the early morning of October 19, 2019.
The incidents were reported in the cities of Coldwater and Bronson as well as in Matteson and Batavia Townships.
Along with damage to the vehicle windows, Troopers say some of the vehicles were egged.
