JACKSON, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Legg Middle School 8th grade A boys basketball team won in overtime at Jackson Northwest 52-47 Thursday. Grant Carter led Legg with 25 points. Zach Coffing added 15 points.
The 8th grade B team lost to Northwest 32-13. Gabe Wagoner led Legg with six points. Dawson Brown had eight rebounds and five steals. Gabe Wagoner had seven rebounds.
The Legg 7th grade A team improved to 2-2 with a 45-15 win over Jackson Northwest. Niko Downs had 12 points and five assists. Landon Auble added nine points. Ayden Dirchell and Yave Mojica both had seven rebounds.
The 7th grade B team lost to Jackson Northwest 40-13. Brayden Lackey led the way with nine points and three steals. Sam Palmerton had 9 rebounds.
