COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coach Eby Youth and Family Center in Coldwater will be hosting a free Branch County Community Thanksgiving dinner Thursday.
Serving will be from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m.. The dinner will include all of the fixings.
It’s for anyone who can’t make it home for the holiday, or if they just want to hang out with friends and neighbors on Thanksgiving.
Coach Eby Center Board President Kathy Alger says this is the second year for dinner, and they were overwhelmed with the outpouring of support last year.
The meal is free, but donations are welcomed. Anyone wishing to volunteer or in need of transportation can call the Eby Center at (517)278-5031.
The American Legion Post #52 in Coldwater and Smitty’s Pizza of Bronson, with assistance from the Bronson American Legion, will also be hosting free Thanksgiving Day dinners Thursday afternoon.
