UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Union City Chamber of Commerce has selected Donna Claar as its first “Member of the Year.”
Chamber Chair Val Rossman presented the award for 2019 to Claar after the Union City Santa parade on Saturday night which culminated the Chamber’s small business Saturday efforts.
Claar was honored for her work on behalf of the Chamber and the small businesses in Union City.
She is the driving force behind Union City’s Memorial Day Parade as well as the Santa Parade.
She is always looking to promote Union City and her Union City, MI Facebook page keeps everyone updated on a very timely basis of the happenings in the village.
Claar is a member of many local organizations and serves on several boards.
