COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Bronson teenager entered into a plea agreement with the Branch County Prosecutor’s Office Monday in Circuit Court after he was arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges in June 2019.
18-year-old Gavin McNitt entered guilty pleas to a pair of second degree criminal sexual conduct charges following an incident with a 14-year-old girl.
Two counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct were dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for his pleas.
McNitt also entered a guilty plea in a separate case for malicious destruction of a building.
He is scheduled to be sentenced January 27, 2019.
