BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – With Michigan being seen as a critical swing state in the 2020 Presidential election, President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign announced Thursday that he will host what it being called a Merry Christmas rally in Battle Creek.
It will be on Wednesday, December 18th at Battle Creek’s Kellogg Arena with doors opening at 3 p.m. and the rally kicking off at 7:00 p.m..
Kayleigh McEnany, who is the National Press Secretary for Trump’s campaign says the President “is delivering on his promises, and he looks forward to celebrating those successes with the great men and women of Michigan this Christmas season.”
The announcement came one day after Vice President Mike Pence made stops in Portage, Holland and Grand Rapids.
The Battle Creek rally is free but those who would like to attend must RSVP at the President’s re-election campaign’s website.
All tickets are on a first come first serve basis.
