BROOKLYN, MI – (WTVB) – Coldwater went 4-1 and finished second at the Brooklyn Columbia Central Invitational Saturday.
The highlight of the day was Zeke Nowicki earning his 100th victory as a Cardinal wrestler.
The Cardinals defeated Tecumseh 46-28, Brooklyn Columbia Central 66-18, Ida 57-18 and Anchor Bay 38-36. Their only loss came to Mason as they were beaten 48-22.
Matt Gipple and Nick Buchanan both went 5-0 on Saturday. Going 4-1 were Hashed Abdullah, Jabr Muflihi, Marshall Hoard and Nowicki.
