MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater High School improved to 2-0 in the Interstate 8 Conference and 13-1 overall as they won at Marshall Wednesday night 61-18.
It was a milestone night for the Nowicki family as son Zeke topped his father Jason’s win total as he won his 145 pound match which was his 112th career victory.
Nowicki was one of eight Cardinals who won on pins. The others were Logan Pike (119), Vincent Motta (130), Hunter Munson (140), Caleb Litwiller (152), Gabe Mongan (160), Matt Gipple (171) and Cody Pike (215).
Marshall Hoard (125) and Nick Buchanan (189) won on major decisions while Hashed Abdullah (103) scored a technical fall.
