BRONSON, MI – (WTVB) – A welcoming reception for the new Superintendent of Bronson Community Schools will be held on Monday evening prior to the Bronson School Board meeting.
Steve Wilson and his family will be on hand to meet community members, staff and students starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Bronson Junior and Senior High School Library.
Wilson was selected by the school board after a two month search to replace Rick Hilderly who left in October to take the Superintendents job in Tecumseh, Michigan.
Wilson started his new job on January 2, 2020.
He was previously with Constantine Schools for 13 years where he served as a middle school teacher, a high school teacher, and as a principal at Riverside Elementary School before he became the district’s Superintendent in 2016.
