COLDWATER, MI – (WTVB) – Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker reported to the City Council Monday night there were over 3,200 large items picked up at the curb by Republic Waste Services in 2019 which was only seven more than in 2018.
He said the heaviest weeks are in the early spring and summer, with less items collected during the Wwinter months.
Baker pointed out the curbside pickup of large items which is conducted every Thursday helps in code enforcement when the staff can explain there is a way in which to dispose of large items at no additional expense.
