COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldeater Legg Middle School 8th grade A girls team lost to Parma Western 37-20 in their season opener Wednesday night. Cara Miller had eight points and ten steals while Jaelah Sloan had seven points and Mackenzie Scheid grabbed eight rebounds.
The Legg Middle School 8th grade B team lost to Parma Western 29-9. Gabby Bookmeyer led Legg with six points
The Legg Middle School 7th grade A girls basketball team fell to Western 55-27 on Wednesday night. The Lady Cardinals were lead by Elli Foley with 21 points, six rebounds and six steals. Elli Anderson added six points, six rebounds and three blocks.
