Adelfo Rodríguez died at the age of 80 on Tuesday, February
11, 2020 at the Laurels of Coldwater, surrounded by his beloved family.
The funeral will be held at 12:00 p.m. from Friday, February
14, 2020 at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow at Oak Grove
Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Dutcher Funeral
Home in Coldwater from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 8:00
a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Adelfo was born on November 6, 1939. Son of Leobardo and
Cirina (Machuca) Rodríguez in Limón Grande, Guerrero, Mexico. He married María
del Carmen López. Adelfo was a hardworking man, who spent many years working as
a farmer before retiring. He was a fan of rodeo, horse riding, and
bullfighting. Adelfo was a very talented bow thrower. He will be remembered for
his outgoing, loving and fun personality. Aldelfo's true joy in life was to be
with his family.
Mr. Rodríguez is survived by his wife María Rodríguez; his
sons René (Josefina), Benito (Gloria), Petra (Mario Valle), Juan (Diega), Aida,
Adelfo (Josefina) Jr. and Saúl (María G.); his brothers Emelia, Teresa de
Jesús, Ernestina, Elena, Sostenes and Antonio; her grandchildren Raquel, Diana,
Selena, Benito, Alexis, Zuleni, Jeanette, Viridiana, Mario, Eric, Michelangelo,
Giselle, Moisés, Rodrigo, Elmer, Josué, Jonathan, Juliette, Rodrigo Emanuel,
Saúl Alexander and Vanessa; his great-grandchildren René, Daniel, Cristal and
Benny Javier. He was preceded in death by his parents.
