HILLSDALE COUNTY, MI. – (WTVB) – Traffic stops for equipment violations led to two felony arrests in Hillsdale County over the holiday weekend by the Michigan State Police.
One arrest took place in Camden Township when Troopers found out a 50-year-old passenger from Adrian was a felon who was carrying a concealed weapon and had an outstanding felony warrant.
The second arrest happened in Jefferson Township when the 38-year-old driver from Camden was found to be in possession of meth.
He was charged with Driving While License Suspended second offense, operating a vehicle without security, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, and resisting and obstructing police officers.
Both suspects were arrested and lodged at the Hillsdale County Jail.
