BRONSON, MI. – (WTVB) – Bronson Community Schools is accepting proposals for vehicle fleet management, preventative maintenance and repair.
The district has a total fleet of between 18 and 20 vehicles. Interested companies have until March 26th to reply to the Request for Proposal.
District officials say the R.F.P. is intended to secure the services of an experienced contractor to provide the district fleet management and maintenance services for Bronson Community Schools.
The district is looking to enter into a two year contract provided performance in the initial year is satisfactory. The duration of the Contract will be from July 1st, 2020 to June 30th, 2022.
The contract may be renewed, expanded and extended by mutual agreement for renewal periods of one year each ongoing, provided that Bronson Community Schools Superintendent determine that such an action is in the district’s best interest.
The district can re-bid the contract at any time beyond its two year initial term.
