UNDATED – (WTVB) – Branch County will have five teams competing for state championships on Friday as the M.H.S.A.A. State Bowling Finals get underway.
In addition, 13 bowlers from Branch County will be competing during the individual state finals on Saturday.
The Coldwater teams will be at the Division Two Finals which will take place at Century Bowl in Waterford. Both the boys and girls will be competing on Friday with the Coldwater girls capturing a regional title last Saturday.
Regional champion Noella Keplinger along with Allison Caswell, Rilee Cooper-Lewis and Cassie Pokorny from Coldwater will compete in Saturday’s individual finals.
Both of the Bronson teams along with the regional champion Quincy girls will be at the Division Four State Finals which will be held at Royal Scott Lanes in Lansing. .
Nine Branch County bowlers, six from Bronson and three from Quincy, will compete in Saturday’s individual finals.
The Bronson individual finalists are boys regional champion Bryan Foote, Nick Cranson, Brandon Taylor, Harley Davis, Aubrey Weinberg and Dakota Smith.
The Quincy individual finalists are Caden Moore, Brody Glei and Torrance Swift.
