COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater announced on Monday that it is cancelling public meetings including Monday night’s Planning Commission meeting as well as the Wednesday night ZBA meeting.
City Planner Dean Walrack says at this time he thinks they will be conducting the business originally scheduled for Monday night during the April 20th meeting
Monday’s agenda included a site plan from Grand Vista Assisted Living for a proposed convalescent care facility at 300 Vista Drive. The 3.67 acre site is presently vacant. Plans call for a new 20 unit 12,000 square foot building and a 19 space parking lot.
Also postponed until the next Planning Commission meeting on April 20th was a discussion on finalizing a Draft Recreational Marijuana Establishment Ordinance.
