BRONSON, MI. – (WTVB) – Following state and nationwide efforts to stop the spread of coronavirus, Bronson City Hall will be closed to the public starting on Tuesday, March 17th.
City Manager Brandon Mersman says the office will be available to conduct business over the phone. Business will also be conducted by e-mail, the U.S. Mail or the 24/7 drop box.
Mersman says these steps are being taken to protect the health of citizens and their employees.
The Bronson Department of Public Works will be limiting personal contact which will be handled on a case-by-case basis and they will be available for emergencies.
The Bronson Police Department has already announced a policy of limited contact.
Bronson city officials are asking the public to stay informed on the COVID-19 outbreak. Further updates will be posted on the City of Bronson’s Facebook page as well as its web site www.bronson-mi.com.
