BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson City Council approved the hiring of Cronkhite Vault Services during an electronic meeting Monday night for mowing and trimming at the city’s cemetery as well as performing leaf removal services.
Cronkhite submitted one of two quotes for the work.
City Manager Brandon Mersman said M&M Lawn Care has informed them that they will not have enough staff to perform all of the lawn maintenance included in their contract this summer.
The pricing from Cronkhite required the city to contract with them for cemetery services as well.
Mersman said M&M is able to continue doing all of the locations in the contract with the exception of the Cemetery.
This is the final year of the city’s three-year contract with M&M Lawn Care.
