Max Oliver Summerlott, age 75, of Coldwater, Michigan, passed
away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo,
Michigan.
Max was born on July 18, 1944 in Angola,
Indiana.
He graduated from Fremont High School in 1963.
He enjoyed restoring classic antique cars, and NASCAR.
Max was retired from sales with Penske Truck
Leasing.
He married Pat Jo Ann (Smith) Rhodes on August
22, 1985 in Coldwater, Michigan.
Survivors include his wife Pat Summerlott of
Coldwater, Michigan, daughter, Traci (Harding) Risner of Tekonsha, Michigan,
step-son, Randy (Janice) Rhodes of Naples, Florida, grandchildren, Lisa (Joel)
Maiville of Bellevue, Michigan, and Jacob (Abby) Risner of Coldwater, Michigan,
and his cat, Buddy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Conrad
Summerlott, his mother, Roberta (Lockhart) Summerlott Lower, his step-father,
Clair Lower, and a brother, Nyle Summerlott.
Burial will be at Jamestown Cemetery, Fremont,
Indiana.
There will be no services at this time.
