COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency reported on Sunday the 19th death from Hillsdale County of a person who tested positive for COVID-19.
At least 11 of the Hillsdale County deaths have taken place at the Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility.
The C.H.A. also reported on Sunday there have been 67 COVID-19 cases reported in Branch County since the outbreak began. There have also been 131 cases in Hillsdale County and 38 cases in Saint Joseph County. The number of people who have recovered from the virus has not been made available by the C.H.A..
The Calhoun County Public Health Department reported on Sunday there have been 15 deaths in its jurisdiction out of the 238 confirmed COVID-19 cases. Of the 62 persons who required hospitalization, 15 are still being cared for in a Calhoun County health facility. In addition, 127 persons have been released from isolation while another 111 are no longer quarantined.
