COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Courthouse reopened to the public for the first time in almost two-and-a-half months on Monday but initial access to the building will be limited.
Only those who have business in the courthouse will initially be allowed inside.
If you need to take care of some business in a county office at the courthouse, you must make an appointment.
When you arrive at the courthouse, your temperature will be taken at the front of the building.
If your temperature is okay, you will be escorted to the department you made the appointment with.
Everyone in the courthouse will have to wear a mask or else they will not be allowed in the building.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Courthouse has been closed to the public since the close of business on March 17.
