GILEAD TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – An abandoned house was destroyed in a fire early Sunday morning in Gilead Township.
The fire at 738 Gilead Lake Road was reported at 4:53 a.m..
Bronson Assistant Fire Chief Ken Stutzman says the home had not been lived in for years and it was fully engulfed in flames by the time crews arrived.
It’s known yet what caused the fire.
Bronson firefighters were on the scene for about 90 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The Michigan State Police and Life Care Ambulance were also dispatched.
