COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – With this year’s Branch County Fair called off due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a group of volunteers from the Branch County Junior Livestock Association say they will provide a safe option for Branch County Youth to finish some of their fair projects.
The Branch County Classic will be held August 8 through 13 at the Branch County Fairgrounds. Any youngster that was registered to show at the Branch County Fair for 2020 is eligible to show.
The Livestock Show is open to Branch County youngsters between the ages of 8 and 19.
The show is open to members and their families who are currently enrolled in the Branch County 4-H program as of April 15. This show is a non-affiliate of 4-H.
Exhibitors have the option of bringing small animals, market lambs, market goats, market starter calves, market cattle, market swine and dairy to this youth show and go style event.
Very limited pen space may be available for swine only. Wearing of masks and social distancing will be strongly encouraged.
