BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – A Bronson area women and her passenger suffered only minor injuries in a one car rollover accident late Friday morning in Branch County’s Matteson Township.
The Branch County Sheriff’s Department says 75-year-old Bernadette Rieger was southbound on Matteson Lake Road, just south of Horkey Road when she lost control of her vehicle and went off the roadway into deep ditch, rolling the vehicle over.
Ms. Rieger and a 62-year-old passenger from Bronson had only minor injuries and were treated at scene by Life Care Ambulance and the Bronson Fire Department Rescue team. Both occupants were wearing seat belts.
The accident was reported at 11:20 a.m. Friday.
