Stephen Maurice Rainey, 70 of Coldwater, passed away peacefully Sunday July 19, 2020 at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI.
Steve was born on April 6, 1950 to Royce and Gloria Rainey and was a life-long resident graduating from CHS with the class of 1968. A
fter serving in the Navy, Steve went on to be an over the road truck driver for many years and then worked various jobs before retiring.
Survivors include his 4 daughters Angel (Merle) Winslow of Mishawaka, IN, Tamara Sexton Texas, Amanda (Dave) Furrow of Coldwater, Melissa Miles of Arkansas and 1 son Stephen (Chelsea) Rainey of Coldwater. Also surviving is his sister Cheryl (Paul) Carano of Ann Arbor, 1 nephew, 11 Grandchildren 1 Great grandchild and his cat Rusty.
Steve was preceded in death by his long time friend Margaret Longo, infant brother Bradley, parents Royce & Gloria Rainey, grandparents Lyle and Gertrude Rainey and Maurice and Hazel Weith.
