COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater has updated options for the payment of summer taxes which are due on September 15.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker said during Monday’s City Council meeting that they want to discourage in person payments.
Updated payment options include mailing your taxes to City Hall, using the drop box in the parking lot on the west side of City Hall, paying online at www.coldwater.org or over the phone.
Baker says if you need to pay in person, masks must be worn at all times in City Hall and social distancing rules will be followed.
Cash payments are accepted, but are strongly discouraged.
