PLEASANT TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – An Angola man was killed in a Steuben County motorcycle crash that was reported early Saturday morning on Bayview Road north of County Road 275 North.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department says the crash was reported at about 6:25 a.m..
Witnesses reported the motorcycle had crashed and a victim was down on the ground.
37-year-old Anthony C. Strawser was pronounced dead at the scene.
An initial investigation showed that Strawser for some unknown reason went off the road and lost control of his 2004 Suzuki motorcycle before striking a road sign.
Deputies say Strawser was not wearing a helmet. The crash remains under investigation.
