LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) – If you were planning on camping at a state park over the Labor Day weekend, but hadn’t made your reservation yet…you may be too late.
A park unit supervisor at a West Michigan state park says that his park is at capacity for the weekend…and most other state parks are close to capacity if not already there.
Reservations can be made up to 6 months before the scheduled visit, and state DNR officials say that the earlier you reserve your place, the better off you will be.
