HASTINGS, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater High School won their first Interstate 8 Conference girls volleyball match of the season Wednesday night as they beat Hastings 3-0 (25-19, 25-13, 25-9). With the victory, the Cardinals improved to 2-1 overall.
Abby Herman led in kills with 11 and had five digs,Allison Miller had 10 kills and two blocks, Maddie Beckhusen led the team in digs with nine, Laynee Paarlberg led in assists with 26 and added five digs, and Kenzie Scheid had four kills. She and Herman each had three aces.
The Cardinals play again at home Thursday night against Angola.
