DETROIT, MI (WTVB) – The Detroit Tigers are sending 50 minor league players to Lakeland for the Florida Instructional League. They will play about 15 games with no minor league games played this season.
Top prospects Riley Greene and Spencer Torkelson, who was the first overall pick in the 2020 draft, will be in Lakeland.
