CONAKRY (Reuters) – Guinea’s opposition candidate Cellou Dalein Diallo has evidence of fraud in Sunday’s presidential election and will contest the result in constitutional court, a spokesman said after preliminary results showed incumbent President Alpha Conde had won in a landslide.
