Nancy L. King, 71, of Union City, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will take place at a later date. The family is being served by Lighthouse Funeral & Cremation in Union City.
Nancy was born on March 19, 1949 to Willard and Gertrude (Swihart) Rankin in Coldwater. She graduated from Vicksburg High School with the Class of 1967. On October 10, 2008 she married Robert King in Battle Creek. She worked at American Woodcraft in Union City and retired from Colmers in Colon. Nancy enjoyed her dogs, playing cards, softball, playing trumpet, arm wrestling but most spend time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Robert King of Union City; children, Nan Blowers of Union City, Matt Blowers of Battle Creek, Norman Blowers of Union City, Gretchen (Josh) Schley of Union City and Diane (Travis) Allen of Union City; grandchildren, Brandan Blowers, Hailey King, Wyatt King, Drew Schley, Haley Schley and Brynn Schley; siblings, Diane (Richard) Morrill of Sherwood, Terry (Carla) Rankin of Kalamazoo and Dale Rankin of AZ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Maxine Rankin, brothers, James and Norman Rankin.
