WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President-elect Joe Biden intends to nominate Justice Department veterans Lisa Monaco as Deputy Attorney General and Kristen Clarke as the Assistant Attorney General to the Civil Rights Division, according to a source with knowledge of his decision.
