DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons host the Phoenix Suns tonight at Little Caesars Arena. Detroit is 1-and-7 on the season following a 130-115 loss at Milwaukee on Wednesday.
Head coach Dwane Casey said Derrick Rose, who left the game against the Bucks with a knee contusion, practiced yesterday and will be available against the Suns.
Casey also said Josh Jackson, who twisted his ankle earlier this week, could be a game-time decision tonight.
