EAST LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Michigan State University will miss a second straight game due to COVID-19 concerns within their men’s basketball program. Yesterday, officials postponed Sunday’s game with Indiana.
MSU previously called off their Wednesday night game at Iowa after three members of the program tested positive for the virus. All three schools are working with the Big Ten to find dates to make up the games.
Fifth-ranked Michigan will be on the road against number 19 Minnesota tomorrow afternoon. UM heads into action with an 11-and-0 overall record and a 6-and-0 mark in the Big Ten.
Minneota has dropped their last two games and is 10-and-4 overall and 3-and-4 in the conference.
