WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (WKZO AM/FM) – Isaiah Livers scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as seventh ranked Michigan won at Purdue on Friday night 70-53. Eli Brooks added 11 points.
Michigan’s defense held Purdue to 31 percent shooting from the floor. The Wolverines never trailed as they ended the Boilermakers four game winning streak.
Purdue had to play without Sasha Stefanovic who tested positive for COVID-19. He will miss two more games. The news was released by the Purdue basketball program’s official Twitter account less than two hours before tip off.
