DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Delon Wright scored 28 points and had nine assists as the Pistons breezed past the Philadelphia 76ers 119-104 in Detroit Monday night.
Jerami Grant had 25 points, including 10-for-10 from the free-throw line, and eight rebounds as Detroit improved to 4-and-13. Wayne Ellington poured in 20 points in the win.
Tobias Harris had 25 points and seven rebounds as Philly fell to 12-and-6.
The Pistons snapped a four-game losing streak as they never trailed. The Pistons visit the Cleveland Cavaliers tomorrow night.
The NBA and the National Basketball Players Association are having discussions about still holding an All-Star Game in March. ESPN reports the two sides are talking about holding an All-Star Game in Atlanta on March 7. NBA All-Star Weekend was originally scheduled for February in Indianapolis but was canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The league is scheduled to have a mid-season break from March 5 through March 10.
