CLEVELAND, OH (WKZO AM/FM) – The Cavaliers turned 22 turnovers by the Detroit Pistons into 30 points as Detroit fell to Cleveland 122-107 last night.
Jerami Grant scored 26 points in the losing effort. Cleveland’s offense clicked on all levels, with seven players scoring in double-figures led by Collin Sexton, who scored a game-high 29-points.
The Pistons drop to 4-and-14 and host the L.A. Lakers tonight.
