DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Pistons used a big second half to push past the Los Angeles Lakers 107-92 Thursday night.
Blake Griffin scored 23 points and Wayne Ellington added 20 as the Pistons won for the second time in three games. Detroit outscored LA 51-to-34 after intermission to improve to 5-and-14.
LeBron James had 22 points and 10 assists for the Lakers, who lost their second straight to slip to 14-and-6. Kyle Kuzma contributed 22 points and 10 boards in defeat.
The Pistons open a five-game trip tomorrow against the Golden State Warriors.
