ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The new staff heading up the Detroit Lions are reportedly about to hire a Super Bowl winner as the team’s new quarterbacks coach.
NFL Network is reporting Mark Brunell is going to get the job. Brunell’s Super Bowl ring came as a backup for Drew Brees with the New Orleans Saints.
He has been coaching Episcopal School in Jacksonville, Florida for the past seven seasons.
