Kenneth W. Horn, 54, of Bronson, passed away at home Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Kenny was born March 14, 1966 in Coldwater, Michigan to Kenneth E. and Edith (Small) Horn. Growing up, he lived in Quincy and Concord, Michigan, as well as Ocala, Florida. His adult life was also divided between living in Michigan and Florida. Kenny was a very hard worker and good provider for his family.
As a young adult, he served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Georgia. He later worked on an Alpaca ranch in Florida. In Michigan, he was employed by Alchem Aluminum in Coldwater, several other local manufacturing facilities, and most recently at Speed Rack in Quincy.
Over the years, family remained important to Kenny and he worked a lot to provide for his family. He had a very big heart and always took good care of his kids, the kids in his extended family, and later his grandkids. He enjoyed family nights that included dinner and games. Kenny was always a comedian, into politics and an avid Trump supporter. He liked metal-detecting and collecting gold and silver coins and jewelry. But more than anything, he enjoyed taking care of those he loved.
Left to cherish Kenny’s memory are his children, Danielle (Kaitlin) Horn of Coldwater, Eric Horn of Vanceburg, KY, Kennedy Horn or Ocala, FL, Skylar Horn of Coldwater and Madison Horn of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Jordin, Jazmine and Tyler Goheen of Coldwater and Melodee and Travis, Jr. “TJ” Horn of Barstow, CA; many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; his siblings, Randy Horn of Hillsdale, Christina (Rene Fernandez) Jaramillo of Coldwater, Scott Horn of Barstow, CA, Melissa (Aubrey Chestnut) Wallace of Cochran, GA, Andrew (Becca White) Horn of Robbins, GA and Tiffany (Brandon) Brisco of Macon, GA; longtime partner, April DeKam (Horn) of Ocala, FL; step-mother, Patricia Horn of Cochran, GA; and brother-in-law, Gary Towne of Moscow, MI.
