COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Multiple gunshots were fired into a semi-truck that was traveling along I-94 in Kalamazoo County just west of the Galesburg exit Thursday evening.
At around 8:30 p.m., Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s deputies responded to mile marker 84 on the freeway. They say a passenger in a red vehicle, possibly a Ford Fusion, had fired several rounds of gunfire at a truck driver who was traveling eastbound. The semi-truck was struck by bullets multiple times but the driver was not injured.
