Boyd gives up two runs on three hits, suffers Grapefruit League loss to the Blue Jays

LAKELAND, FL (WKZO AM/FM) –  The Detroit Tigers lost to the Toronto Blue Jays 4-0 in Grapefruit League play yesterday in Lakeland, Florida.

Starter Matthew Boyd was tagged with the loss after giving up two runs, one earned, on three hits in four innings.

Detroit hosts the New York Yankees this afternoon.
