Larry Nassar appeal called “baseless” by Michigan AG Dana Nessel

LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Attorney General Dana Nessel is on the record opposing the appeal of former Michigan State University and Team USA Sports Doctor Larry Nassar to the Michigan Supreme Court.
Nassar argues Ingham County Judge Rosemarie Aqualina was biased against him during his sentencing. Nessel says the claims are baseless and that the Supreme Court is the wrong forum for the appeal.
