DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers took a 3-2 lead into the seventh, but couldn’t complete a sweep of the Indians, falling 9-3 at Comerica Park Sunday afternoon.
Nomar Mazara hit a two-run homer and rookie Akil Baddoo homered on the first pitch of his big league career for Detroit’s only hits. Daniel Norris suffered the loss.
