KNOXVILLE, TN (WKZO AM/FM) – Former University of Michigan quarterback Joe Milton is heading to the SEC. Multiple reports say he plans to formally commit to Tennessee later this month.
Milton has been in the transfer portal since February and is set to graduate in May. He played in five games for Michigan last season.
